Our overarching philosophy, is that we want you to be happy with your purchase. But (there always is one), because the items are custom printed just for you when you order it, there are certain policies we have set up.
First and foremost, we ask you to contact us immediately if there is an issue. email@example.com
Wrong or damaged - Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks of the product being received. We will work out a satisfactory alternative.
Lost in transit - For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. Any orders returned to us due to the wrong shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment, due to new health restrictions, will not be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity. Any returned orders of face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.
PLEASE CONTACT US immediately if you have an issue so we can discuss the solution and provide the proper return address. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse but we do offer size exchanges because that's not always easy to get right.
